Victor Amartey Laryea is a seasoned corporate executive with over four decades of professional experience spanning accounting, auditing, construction, business management, and corporate governance. He brings to his role as Chief Executive Officer a wealth of expertise in steering companies through growth, transformation, and innovation.

 

With a career that has transitioned from accounting and finance into executive management, Victor has successfully led organizations in construction, energy, and business agility consulting. His leadership philosophy combines financial discipline, strategic foresight, and a passion for developing sustainable businesses.

 

Victor is a Certified Professional Agile Scrum Master (CPASM) and Certified Professional Agile Executive (CPAE) from Agile Capability Ltd, USA

He has work experience from Ghana Highway Authority, KPMG, National Investment Bank, and John Harris Salt Ltd. Victor was Executive Director at AQL Mercantile Ltd, where he represented Chevron USA in Ghana and supported the formation of the West Africa Gas Pipeline Co. (WAPCo). He has additional work experience from Roofmen Construction Co. Ltd, Buildcrete Construction Co. Ltd, Blue Ocean Agility Ltd, UltraSwift Ventures Ltd, PR Engineers & Construction Co.
